Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate skin and tissue, promoting cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting recovery.
Your first session includes 15 min of intake and orientation so we can personalize your experience.
Arrive a few minutes early. We'll get you settled with 4 min of setup before your session begins.
20 min of treatment time. Using red light therapy.
1 min to cool down, hydrate, and ease back into your day.
Total time at the studio: 25 min (add 15 min on your first visit)
